"Pretty close fit for my boat"
It matched my boat for the most part, which was a relief. The fit were just a little off in a couple spots, so I had to make some small tweaks, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it worked out fine...

"I ordered a couple of boat parts…"
I ordered a couple of boat parts from Great Lakes Skipper and figured I’d be waiting a while, but the box actually showed up really fast. The tracking updated like it should and was easy to follow, which I appreciated. Everything was packed well and made it here before the weekend, so I was able to finish the job without any hassle. Weirdly, I remember the delivery guy had a bright orange pen tucked behind his ear when he dropped it off. Anyway, no complaints from me.

"Easy Return and Quick Refund"
My first impression was a little nervous because the part didn’t fit and I wasn’t sure how the refund would go. But Great Lakes Skipper made the whole return really easy. They got my refund back to me quickly, and I didn’t have to keep following up or chase anyone down. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Box was absolutely wrecked, but they fixed it fast"
When the box showed up, it looked like it had survived a full-on disaster movie. I was so annoyed, but thankfully they sent out a replacement quickly. Huge relief because I was ready to lose my mind over it

"Worth checking before paying full price"
I wasn’t expecting much at first, but I ended up finding a few clearance parts for a lot less than I was seeing on other sites. The shipping cost seemed fair, and everything arrived in good shape. The site did take a little digging to find what I needed, but for the savings, I’d say it was worth it. I’ll definitely check Great Lakes Skipper again before I pay full price somewhere else.

"Good Prices, Just Wish the Site Was a Bit Easier"
I ended up finding the boat part I needed on Great Lakes Skipper for a lot less than what my local shop was going to charge, so that was a big plus. Shipping was reasonable too, which I appreciated since some sites really overdo it. The part showed up as expected and fit just fine. My only minor gripe is that the site can take a little digging to find exactly what you need, but overall I was happy with the deal. Boat stuff gets expensive fast, so I’d definitely check here again.

"Actually had the boat parts they claimed to have"
I ordered a couple of boat parts from Great Lakes Skipper and, surprisingly, the stuff listed as in stock was actually in stock. I know that sounds like a low bar, but after dealing with other sites that seem to show “available” just to get you through checkout, I was kind of expecting a backorder email or some random substitute part. That didn’t happen here. Checkout was simple, the parts I got were the exact ones I picked, and the listings matched up well, including the part numbers. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d use them again next time I’m hunting for random boat stuff.

"The part itself was okay, no…"
The part itself was okay, no real complaints there. But getting help with the warranty was… kind of a pain. It took days to get a response, and even then I felt like I kept getting passed from one person to another. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

The part showed up fine, but ngl the listing was missing a few details and the measurements weren’t totally accurate. I had to mess with it a bit and make it work myself. Not the end of the world, but def a little frustrating.

I ordered some boat parts to Australia and, to be honest, they showed up quicker than I expected. Everything was packed really well and arrived with no damage, which was a relief. The only minor downside was that the tracking updates were a bit slow, so I wasn’t always sure where the parcel was. That said, the shipping cost was fair and the order arrived in great shape, so I’d happily order from them again.

"Found the Odd Boat Part I Needed"
I was pretty much convinced I wasn’t going to find this old boat latch anywhere, but Great Lakes Skipper ended up having it in stock. From the way the site looked, I wasn’t expecting anything overly fancy, just a place that probably knows its way around random boat parts, and that was exactly the case. Ordering was simple, the latch showed up when it was supposed to, and it did the job. If I need some weird hard-to-find boat part again, I’d definitely check here first

I had a question about a boat part because I wasn’t 100% sure if I was looking at the right thing, so I sent them a message kind of expecting to be confused for a while. Surprisingly, they got back to me quick and actually answered my question instead of sending one of those generic replies. They helped me figure out whether it would fit before I placed the order, which was a relief. After that, the order went through fine. Customer service was easy to deal with, and that was all I needed. I’d use Great Lakes Skipper again.

Checkout went smoothly overall. I found what I needed, and paying was simple enough. I did appreciate that the shipping cost showed up before I actually paid. That said, I had to double-check my cart because something felt a bit unclear, and it kind of made me feel misled for a moment.
